All products are presented with descriptions and images that are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to the natural and handmade character of leather goods, and these are not considered defects. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of unavailability of a product, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Poland. Estimated processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. Please note that personalized products, as well as products made or modified to order (including items with hot stamping or laser engraving), are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

7. Complaints and Warranty

If a product you received is defective or does not match its description, please contact us at info@vallinileather.eu with your order number and a description of the issue. We will handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

8. Personalization

Certain products can be personalized with hot stamping or laser engraving based on information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that any text, initials, or content you submit for personalization is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse personalization requests that we consider inappropriate or unlawful.
